Prevents Perforation of Sinus Membrane

• Prevents perforation of sinus membrane and gets rid of patient pain by using round shaped drill without malletting
• Inverse-conical drill tip is designed to safely form a conical bone line at the sinus floor, elevating the sinus membrane. It features four blades that shift bone particles toward the drill tip for safe sinus elevation.

Safe sinus elevation

• The hydraulic lifter gently relaxes the membrane in a wider range thanks to the pressure of the physiological solution. The enlarged sinus has excellent blood supply and osteogenesis capacity.
• Drilling prepares the sinus membrane for the hydraulic lift system, which applies hydraulic pressure to the cavity and separates the membrane from the sinus floor.
